What you should bring:

• A degree or training in design– or simply expertise and talent
• A strong sense for aesthetics, typography, and design systems
• Solid experience in UI design – ideally from working at an agency
• A love for interdisciplinary work and an ability to think UX in terms of design 
• Ability to present your ideas convincingly – in both German and English
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe CC, and prototyping tools
• Bonus: A passion in motion design or accessibility

• Ideally, several years or work experience in frontend developing
• Expertise with modern frontend technologies (e.g. React, Vue.js, Svelte or Angular)
• HTML, CSS and JavaScript are your everyday tools
• A strong sense for design, animations, and usability
• Performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility aren’t extras for you – they’re a given
• You work well structured, solution-oriented, and love the exchange with the team

• Ideally, several years of work experience in backend development
• Several years of experience with TYPO3, Wordpress, or Storyblok
• Proficiency in Git
• Basic knowledge of HTML5 and JavaScript
• Ability to work independently and self-driven
• A strong focus on high-quality software development
• Analytic thinking, reliability and ability to work well in a team
