C3 Home is a modern church, inviting everyone to feel at home, to grow, and engage creatively. With three locations, the church stands for courage, radiance, and joy. The goal was to develop a corporate design which stands out from the traditional church landscape, has a strong recognition value, and can be used flexibly.

The idea

A home is always individually designed, and each room is personally arranged. This concept forms the foundation of our design. A grid allows for flexible spaces, which can be filled individually with shape, color, typography, and images. The flexibility of the grid constantly generates new areas and reflects the diversity of the community.

The solution

The grid is the foundation for other stylistic elements. Each of the three church locations is distinguished by an individual pattern, derived from a symbol of each location. The use of authentic images in a flash-lit, snapshot aesthetic invites people to become part of the community. A bold and vibrant color palette draws attention throughout the city. Playful stickers visually combine the different areas and add loosen up the grid structure.

The function

The result is a flexible design system, which can be applied to various assets without seeming repetitive. A system which can constantly be developed by adding new images, changing colors, or designing new stickers. Home sweet C3 Home.
