Reselve was founded in 1999 as a spin-off from the "Aktionsgemeinschaft für Förderung und Betreuung psychisch behinderter Menschen e. V." (Association for the Promotion and Support of People with Mental Disabilities), which has existed since 1970. Starting small, Reselve has grown into a highly certified and renowned service provider in the fields of vocational, medical, and social rehabilitation. Currently, over 140 employees dedicate themselves to providing the best possible support for others every day.
A confident brand statement that inspires every day
“People with mental illnesses have the right to be supported with dignity and in an appropriate environment. They should feel comfortable. For this, we give our best in every area.“
Reselve also gave their best in the brand redesign, which was rolled out meticulously and down to the smallest detail. During the branding workshop, the new values “competence”, “motivation”, “high quality”, and “appreciation” were developed. At the heart of the brand lies a powerful promise: “Best Quality of Life.” These brand values characterize the daily behavior and attitude of employees and served as guiding principles in the design process.
The task
The aim of the rebranding process was to create an attractive brand for potential employees. The previous visual identity was very cold and technical, at times overloaded and lacking focus. It did not reflect the strengths of the company. We were tasked with developing a brand strategy, a new corporate design, and the implementation of the brand across all touchpoints.
The solution
The high standards, experience, and expertise of Reselve are reflected in the solid and trustworthy wordmark. A deep blue serves as the primary color, and as foundation for the accent colors: orange (social inclusion), green (vocational rehabilitation), and cyan (medical rehabilitation). The accent colors are blended into a color gradient, symbolizing lightness and dynamism. An atmosphere is created in which people feel comfortable and are encouraged to grow. These distinctive colors are complemented by a warm visual language and a custom icon set.
We created a unique image notebook instead of a traditional image brochure, designed to accompany both employees and clients on their journey. The notebook offers a mix of image pages and empty pages for taking notes, providing ample space to organize daily life and capture thoughts. A sheet of encouraging message stickers adds an inspiring and personal touch to the high-quality book.
